Say hello to Lisa!

We started training together in March 2022, and the rest as they say is history.
From the moment she stepped into the gym, she became a huge part of the team.

In the early stages of training together 1-2-1, to then transitioning over to semi-private sessions with other clients, Lisa has taken to the gym like a duck to water, and this is what she had to say about our time working together so far.

This is John!

We began working together in October 2021, and from the first session that we got into the gym together, I could tell I had made a friend for life.

From never stepping foot in a gym in his life to managing a 130kg deadlift, week after week John comes in with a smile on his face and after also transitioning from 1-2-1 to semi-private, here’s what he thinks about his time in the gym so far:

This is Katie!

During Katies time training with me, she completed and incredible transformation.

This included losing over 10 inches from her stomach, as well as 5 inches off her waist.

From starting couch to 5k, hiring me as a personal trainer, to rediscovering her love of sport. Here’s what she had to say about working together.
